A detailed example how you, The Seeker can get started with Earn Your O!

Goal Setting

Write down your weekly goals to earn 1 ET automatically! This gives immediate reward for one of the most critical habits of self-improvement, making a plan.

Start with 3 O! goals, and 3 ET goals. Too many goals at the same time is overwhelming. Focus on a a small number until they become part of your everyday habit. Start with goals that need most days of the week, and work up to every day over time.

O! Goals: Pick 3, Min 1, Max 5

Pick some attainable but challenging O! goals for the week.

  • 30+ minute walk (5 of 7 days)
  • 3 one-minute plank holds (5 of 7 days)
  • 3 sets of 15 pushups (5 of 7 days)

ET Goals: Pick 4, Min 2, Max 6

Add a few bonus goals. They aren’t hard necessarily, just things you know you want to be doing but aren’t. Pick enough that on most days you can realistically get 2-3 because you want at least 10 ET at the end of the week

  • less than 20g of saturated fat in a day
  • eat a large salad
  • give an honest compliment to a stranger (max 1 per day)
  • no screens after 9pm

Perks: Pick 2, Min 0, Max 10

And a few pre-defined perks they like to have available. They’ll certainly think of others during the week as pressure grows, which they can negotiate with the Keeper.

  • give sensual massage (cost 2 ET)
  • look at (or request) a sexy picture (cost 1 ET)

And puts them into a simple table they can track

Hooray!! You’ve earned your first ET! The first step in any self-improvement is writing down your goal!

Commitment setting

You are making a commitment to yourself. To hold yourself accountable state the following to the Keeper:

  • Here are my goals this week {see above}.
  • I want the Keeper to hold me accountable but otherwise the Keeper needs to provide no assistance in any way unless they offer without being asked.
  • I am not allowed to give myself or request any sexual stimulation (physical or visual) or orgasm until I earn them by meeting my goals
  • I will report any orgasm or sexual stimulation (physical or visual) to the Keeper (earned or not) and accept any consequence of that choice.
  • I will ask permission before any orgasm or sexual stimulation (physical or visual) from the Keeper
  • The Keeper is always free to give any unearned stimulation they’d like, but it is my obligation to not orgasm, even if tempted by the Keeper.

Practice

Now that the Seeker has explicitly declared they can not have sexual stimulation of any kind, they’ll suddenly be desperate to earn it, knowing it will be at least a week until they earn a full orgasm!

This is the crux of this (or any) self-improvement system. The Seeker must do the work. Can they cheat? Yes. Can they improve if they don’t try? No.

Here is how to make doing the work fun

  1. notice the urge for some reward
  2. use that as a trigger to do at least one thing from the goal list now
  3. earn and spend ET on perks negotiated with the Keeper to celebrate each little accomplishment
  4. repeat an notice how you are hitting your goals every day and getting excited about your progress!

Perks

These are highly individual. Whatever perks are appealing to you. Be creative! Kinky or vanilla doesn’t matter, just small things that are appealing to you.
