Core Weekly Goals
Positive, healthy activities. Things the Seeker wants to improve, or enjoys doing, but wants motivation or help to improve. Often exercise, or diet, but can be improving social skills, facing anxieties, keeping up with chores, etc. Meeting these consistently earns an O! token.
Optional Side Goals
Again, positive healthy activities, but these are smaller or aspire goals. The Seeker might be still experimenting with these goals to see what is realistic or how they fit into their lifestyle. These earn enhancement tokens but need not be met every day. Like a regular stretching habit or going to bed on time.
Side Quests
Optional, additional challenges that contribute to personal growth, relationship-building, or life-enhancing experiences. Generally fairly hard or intimidating, but worth a full O! token or several enhancement tokens.
A side quest is “active” while there is measurable progress. If no action or progress has been made in a week, it should be removed to avoid burdening the Seeker with unproductive quests.
