Succeed at your goals with a few simple rules to gamify personal improvement. Harness your natural, healthy sexual urges as a powerful, personal, internal motivation for change. Anything that is sexually rewarding becomes a treat that must be first earned.
Before we begin, let’s address the elephant in the room with Earn Your O!
Orgasms.
- Everybody likes them
- Everybody has them
- Everybody is shy about talking about them
More about this…
This system simply recognizes that orgasms are a powerful reward system. In fact, all sexually related activities you are comfortable with are very motivating. Use this built-in motivation system to drive powerful, lasting self-improvement. All it takes is a little structure.
Meeting your Goals is the goal, orgasms are just a handy way to add self motivation.
If you want to use doughnuts or shopping trips as your reward system you *can*, but it won’t be as effective as tapping into our core human biology, and it will be unhealthy in other ways that positive, private and consensual sexual activity is not.
For the rest of this system, we use O!, but we all know and understand we are talking about orgasms.
The System For Success
The system is very simple at its core:
- Goals: Create meaningful, realistic, but challenging goals for a week.
- Rewards: Earn O! tokens or enhancement tokens as you meet your goals
- Motivation: All sexual gratification now requires tokens (no viewing! no touching!)
Add two roles and a few activity guidelines to turn those simple ideas into a flexible and fun way to motivate change!
How to Play:
- Set Weekly Goals: Define your fitness, lifestyle, or intimacy goals for the week.
- Earn Tokens: Track your progress. Meeting all fitness goals earns you one O! token, go above and beyond earns O! enhancement tokens.
- Unlock and Spend Rewards: Use your O! tokens for technical orgasms, but enrich those orgasms with enhancement tokens to make them more fulfilling and pleasurable.
- Complete Side Quests: Engage in relationship-building activities, explore new experiences or accept challenges to earn additional rewards.
First, we define the Keeper and Seeker Roles.
