Tempting Fate (a.k.a. Them’s the Breaks)

If you engage in an activity where you might orgasm, and you do so without permission from that activity, you ALWAYS earn a black ring. Simple.

Even if you tried to stop, or it was an accident or the Keeper used a stimulation that you couldn’t stop in time.

Whether you MEANT to orgasm, or even if the Keeper didn’t give you a choice and kept stimulation despite your warnings…you decided to enter into the activity with the potential of orgasm, and therefore knew the risk that IF you orgasm without permission, a black ring is automatic.

For example, let’s say the Keeper requires you to edge for 1 minute AND not to cum. It is common for Keepers to require a warning from the Seeker if they are close.  However unless the Keeper gives you the OPTION to stop before 1 minute, you must warn AND proceed AND must not cum. If you cum, either because you couldn’t hold back or misjudged and didn’t stop in time, you get a black ring.

Erection Status Demand (ESD)

At any Earn Your O check-in, the Keeper may issue an Erection Status Demand.

The Seeker must submit a side profile photo against a neutral background that clearly shows current genital state. 

Compliance is mandatory and must be submitted within 90 seconds of request.

Failure to submit within the window is an automatic fail (treated as non-compliance) and earns any consequence from the Keeper.

No extensions, no retries.

Erection status bands:

  • 0–20% (clearly flaccid)
  • 20–50% (partial)
  • 50–80% (erect)
  • 80–100% (fully erect)

Each image is also assessed independently for:

  • Grooming by region: pubic mound / shaft / scrotum (shaved / trimmed / natural)
  • Devices: rings, ties, cages, scrotal constraints (present/absent)

These do not alter erection classification but may trigger separate rule effects.

NOTE: Any interaction with the Keeper as Seeker is inherently erotic and therefore subject to Keeper required ESD checks. For example, during a Black Ring period, the Seeker may want to discuss erotic ideas for after the ring is removed…which is fine IF they can demonstrate their current arousal is under control. If however the ESD reveals they are actually gaming the system and gaining stimulation from the discussion, then there is a Keeper assigned consequence.

Prostate Health Clause

When orgasm is denied for extended periods, especially with frequent arousal and stimulation, the Seeker must maintain prostate health through regular massage or drainage.

  • Purpose: Prevent buildup, congestion, or discomfort that can arise from prolonged denial.
  • Frequency: At Keeper’s discretion, but generally weekly or biweekly if orgasms are withheld for more than 10–14 days.
  • Forms:
    • Internal prostate massage (manual or toy-assisted)
    • External perineal massage
    • Controlled “milking” sessions (without orgasm)

Notes:

  • This is a health clause, not indulgence.
  • The Keeper may require prostate massage even if it risks leakage.
  • Any leakage from health-required massage still triggers any outstanding Precum Clause (however it is EXPECTED in this case and the reward/penalty adjusted based on context).
